if items related to manufacturing/ trading (purchase of material) then it will go to carriege inword otherwise it will be to respected head (postage & courier expenses. considering courier charges paid after receipt of material.

it depends upon the usage, if it directly attributable to the manufacturing cost consider in Direct cost otherwise treat it is as Indirect cost.
