Please tell me the procedure or step for Redemption of Preference shares by a private limited company.

Whether we have to file any forms to ROC.

If private limited company had issued Preference share in 1998, then when it can redeem the preference shares.

Please do the needfull ASAP

what factors or situations could be called as oppression in case of private limited Company???

1.Please let me know that can the share application money be used for any purpose (e.g, payment to creditors) before allotment of shares in a private limited co?
2.An unlisted Company(Pvt. Or closely held Ltd Co.) received share application money from its promoters/directors. can any one please let me know what is the time limit for allotment of shares against the application money received.

Am presently in service, serving the last twelve months of training as on 1st May, 2013 and due to complete 3years of training (including excess leave, if any)on or before 30th April, 2014..I have registered for my articles on 07-03-2011.By this may,i would be done with my 2 years of articleship and i would be serving the last 12 months of my articles.will i be eligible for this may'13 exam?

Please note that my company has paid Insurance premium of Rs.10,205/- to LIC twds Accidental policy of our two marketing staff but LIC has issued Receipt in favour of staff & not company kindly guide how to Account for this transaction ??

If SEZ unit supply material to manufacturer(imported raw material) which tax are applicable weather we can availed cenvat on that invoice.

dear sir, i am working in pvt firm i forgot to file the rate wise detail of closing stock now i have received FORM DVAT-24A FROM D-VAT OFFICE TO DEPOSIT RS. 10000 AS PENALTY FOR NOT FILLING THE ABOVE MENTIONED DETAIL IN TIME, I AM IN DEEP TROUBLE AS MY OWNER GOING TO DEDUCT THIS AMOUNT FROM MY SALARY.CAN THIS PENALTY REVERSED OR CAN I FILE APPEAL AGAINST IT AND HOW TO FILE CAN ANYONE BAIL ME OUT KINDLY GIVE YOUR ADVICE URGENTLY. Yesterday I registered myself for CS Executive course online. However, I have not received the username and password for student login. As today is the last day for registering myself for appearing in Dec 2013 exams.
