Capital gain on sale of flat

24 February 2013 I am an individual salary employed.
I am selling a flat for which I need to pay commission to my agent.

I being an Individual and not also being applicable to Tax Audit. Will I be liable to deduct TDS on commission to my agent???

An early reply would really help.

24 February 2013 If you were not liable for Tax audit for P.Y. 2011-12 (A.Y. 2012-13), then you need not deduct TDS on commission paid to agent.
