Our Co is giving Hard and soft furnishing allowance . They are reimbursing against bills submitted. Please advise as to the taxability of the same

There is no fixed percentage. An amount of Rs 30000 for hard furnishing to be claimed in 5 years after producing the bill . Rs 15000 for 3 years after producing the bill
We have to submit thye bill for reimbursement then why included for taxation
