i taken my service tax no. on jan.12 but i have not filled my service tax returns.
but now i want to filled service tax return on this quarter. its possible
pl cleaify - its urgent

Auditor has been re-appointed for a Pvt Ltd co. ROC filing for re-appointment of auditor has not been done yet.

What will be implication if ROC filing is done now and is there any penalty; if yes then is any remedy available?

when a firm need to register under service tax ?
when should it pay their first service tax and on how much amount?

is their any exemption available from edp training of icsi?

As one manufacturing company is paying excise duty on goods manufactured by them then why hotel industry not paying excise duty on food making by them?

SEC 316(2) PROVIDES THAT A PUBLIC CO. (INCLUDING DEEMED PUBLIC ) MAY APPOINT APERSON AS ITS MD, IF HE IS MD OF ONE, AND NOT MORE THAN ONE, OTHER COMPANY (INCLUDING PVT COMPANIES.

THE ABOVE PROVISION IMPLIES THAT :-

1. IF I AM MD OF ANY NO. OF private COMPANIES, I CANNOT BE MD OF PUBLIC CO., BECAUSE I AM MD OF MORE THAN ONE OTHER COMPANY.

2. AND IF I AM MD OF A PUBLIC CO., I CAN BE MD OF ANOTHER PUBLIC CO. BUT AFTER THAT I CAN BE MD OF ANY NO. OF PRIVATE COMANIES.

THEN IT IMLIES "FIRST" I HAVE TO BE MD OF PUBLIC CO., IF I WANT TO BE SO AND THEN I CAN BE MD OF ANY NO. OF RIVATE COMPANIES??

I completed 6.5 months of my articles and i panned to take transfer and my auditor also accpted for the same.
If i get rigistered in other firm immediately after sending 109 form, wheteher period counted from joining date or not?

and i want to know that GMCS Programme could be done any chapter or particularly in the chapter where the articles Registered?
