02 March 2013 Employee contribution get exemption upto 10% of salary(80CCD1)subject to a maximum of 100000 under sec 80C

Employer contribution is exempt upto 10% of salary under section 80CCD(2).This is over and above exemption limit of 100000 u/s 80C
