Tds deduction and filing return

i have started a new company and now paying salary of the employee for 4 months together.

how do i deduct TDS
let say they have a salary of 25000 per month
can i make adjustment so that no TDS is deducted

and when should be TDS submitted to the govt ??

You have to deduct TDS if their total Taxable gross from Joning date to Mar 2013 exceeds Rs. 2.50 Lacs.

02 March 2013 does employee need to show the medical bills, HRA (proof of rent), conveyance bills to reduce the basic salary.......

02 March 2013 Yes it is the responsibility of the employee to produce teh required proof for the benefits given by the employer.

Yes they need to submit bills to employer in the basis of which reimbursement becomes non taxable else tax has to be deducted on it.
