thnx mam for resolving queery regarding "demerger of partnership firm and tax conseq" will u plz tell in this regard that will it b covered under 45(4) or just a casual/normal capital gain??books etc evrything is same just a status of assesse is changed nothing else.it will attract which sec of capital gain tax???
