Hello Sir.. I registered for IPCC on Jan 2009 for both groups.. I cleared 1st grp in Nov 2012 n appeared in mAy 2013 fr grp 2. It has been more than 4 years frm registration of IPCC. How should I revalidate my reg? Is there any form in ICAI for revalidation?
there is ceiling for managerial remuneration for public companies. but pvt companies are not subject to pay according to provisions of section 269 and schedule XIII.
so if a person is managing director in a public company and a private co. what will be his total remuneration???
he can draw remuneration without any ceiling from a private company???

In our company there are two service tax code one for Site office and another for Headoffice as Distributor.
In this month they have paid service tax payment under HO account instead of Site.How to correct this.

we are in manufacuring in writing component and we have taken Service Tax regn under GTA services, also we have not taking cenvat credit on Input credit, i want to clarfiy that shall we paid service tax on Carriage inward and Outward, and getting the credit. please advise

Dear Sirs
We have utilized the cenvat credit of input services paid. This cenvat is pertaining to April to September of 2012 i.e. 1st and 2nd Qtr of 2012-13. We have used this credit to payoff the excise duty payable by us. This utilization was shown in ER-2 return for April 2013 i.e. in Q1 of 2013-14.
My doubt is where should I show this utilization in ST-3 service tax return. Should I show it in ST-3 of Q2 of 2012-13 or in Q1 of 2013-14 i.e. in sync with ER-2?
