I am a retired public sector engineer having income from bank and company deposits besides a small pension from EPF.During FY 2012-13 I had a small income of 34 k from FNO trades in stock market.I would like to know which ITR form to be used ?

You will have to file your Income Tax Return in ITR 4.

as income from trading in stock markets amounts to business income u need to file ITR4 with proper disclosure of all income.
