17 July 2013 My client is an indian software co. expoting software and providing IT solutions abroad. Whether the Co. can accept payment in foreign currency through online mode. Are there any FEMA restrictions on this.?

Yes, you can received through your Authorised Dealer Bank, and such AD will give you FIRC of the amount received in India.

So request you to contact your Bank for doing the same.
