One of our customers in Gujrat has asked to sell material to him. He has alao asked us to rais the Bill upon him ans send the material to a another party diectly.

SHOULD WE CHARGE THE CST IN FULL RATE OR A CONCESSATIONAL RATE?

Dear Experts,

In a private Company Mr. X had subscribed n number of shares during the time of Incorporation,

Mr. X has still not paid money for the shares subscribed b him. the Company was incorporated a year ago.
In the balance sheet the auditors are sowing the amount unpaid by Mr X as unpaid amount on the call made.

In this case what should be done keeping in mind the Companies Act, 1956. Is there any violation?

hi as we are all aware that an article has to complete his GMCS-I before first year of his articleship if registered on or after May 2012. MY query is what is the consequence of not completing it on time due to non-availablity of seats etc ? Will the final attempt be delayed because of not completing the GMCS within the stipulated time? is the time of year of one year deadline to do GMCS-I extended to one and half year?

What is Employment Bond ?

Its applicability in India ?

Provisions in which Act ?

i m going to give 2nd attempt of cpt...i did hardwork for my last attemt bt i got fail...this tym i wanted to pass cpt at any cost...maths is my weakest subject...last tym i got only 13 marks in maths...i m very mch tensed....ca is my dreem..& evrythng for me....rite now i m working in a ca firm and doing study for 3hours everyday...pls sugget what would be my next step for pass cpt....

Dear Sir,

One of My Client, a society, has applied for registration U/s 12A.

The concerned Income Tax Officer has asked for audit report as per form 10B for last three years.

Form 10B is applicable for a charitable or religious trust or institutions.

The term "institution" includes the Society registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 (Act 21 of 1860) ?

Please guide me weather I can issue such audit report to a Society ?
