I want to take a transfer there are only 9 days left for my completion of one year but i have a situation since my principal is out of station for 20 days so what are the formalities? Can i take transfer after he is back?

I WANNA KNOW THAT IF WE ARE NOT REGISTERED UNDER SERVICE TAX IN THAT CASE CAN WE AVAIL INPUT CREDIT OF SERVICE TAX. OR IF WE CLAIM INPUT OF SERVICE TAX WITHOUT HAVING REGISTERED UNDER SERVICE TAX THEN IN HOW MUCH TIME WE NEED TO GET REGISTERED UNDER SERVICE TAX.
