01 October 2013 An individual providing service of renting of imovable property from more than one property to commircial industry. and gross receipt is more than 9 lacs. weather he is libale to get registration or not. if he is liable to get registration then at which amount he is liable to pay service tax.

He shall be liable to pay service tax on the amount of rent minus property tax exceeding Rs. 10 Lakh
