I WANNA KNOW THAT IF WE ARE NOT REGISTERED UNDER SERVICE TAX IN THAT CASE CAN WE AVAIL INPUT CREDIT OF SERVICE TAX. OR IF WE CLAIM INPUT OF SERVICE TAX WITHOUT HAVING REGISTERED UNDER SERVICE TAX THEN IN HOW MUCH TIME WE NEED TO GET REGISTERED UNDER SERVICE TAX.

If you are not registered with service tax dept. then you cannot avail any input credit.
