The new companies bill have introduced many changes and thus have limited the scope of work for a company secretary. what recommendation should we give so as to enchance the role of CS for the same.

According to the level of compliance have been increased in new companies act. Disclosure norms and penalties have also been increased which open a wide opportunity for professionals like Company secretaries.
I would advise you to be hopeful about CS profession as in future the scope of CS will increase.
