01 October 2013 I want to take a transfer there are only 9 days left for my completion of one year but i have a situation since my principal is out of station for 20 days so what are the formalities? Can i take transfer after he is back?

01 October 2013 u can fill up ther form with current date to be entered in form 109 and ask your principal to sign later it will be valid.
u can submit it within 30 days of signning.

If you are going to take transfer with in one year then you only submit Form-109 signed by your principal.

In your case, if your principal is out of station, then you can submit form 109 with late fee.
