( IGNOu ICAI collaboration) in june 2012. I have cleared both groups of IPCC in may 2013.I joined my articleship in september 2013. should i file form 112? Please answer my query.

I am in ca final and serching for job in baroda gujarat . The main problem is now the salary are offer to ca student or by industry to ca student are less than earned by pani puri wala ... Ca firms are literaly mis use the students . Generaly ca student are least intersted to do job in industry during study because of exam leave problem . I can see that so many friends are also complete ca they serching job since year and not able to get situatable jobs at last they compro with jobs and salary ... I am very disappointed . Ya i really say that doing ca is a fault of mine.. If i do some thing else i can atleast earn much more than panibpuri wala ..

Hello Experts, I am Parshwa shah, a final CA student presently undergoing articleship.I will be appearing for final exams in May 2015. I have not yet decided whether to go for practice or job.Both at present stands equally viable option to me. I am planning to go for further a course or degree which can substantially add value to my professional life.Also I do not hold preference for law or finance.what earns more money with normal work schedule is concerm to me I will be completing my T.Y.Bcom in March 2014. I have a client doing the export of service for a software company from India as he is an individual getting monthly invoice around 2800 Dollars....

Query1:- He is getting amount from paypal by deducting around 300 Dollars for their exchange transaction, on what amount service tax return to be filed whether on Gross or on Net amount after paypal deduction.......

Query2:- Does he need to register for service tax and whether he need to pay any service tax as he is exporting services...
By Knowing the above queries with what documents should i proceed for service tax registration for the department .....
