i am student of ipcc group 2 my articleship is continue i want leave 1 month for ipcc group 2 this is my 3 rd attempt but my principal is refuse to give me leave for 1 month . he said that 15-20 days is will be allowed what should i do?

my admit CARD does not have photo and signature..is it valid for the exams?? will it create any problems in the exam centre... dey said to bring id proof of govt. what is the reason behind this and what is the solution?

Is it mandatory to serve notice period during probation of any job?
Since probation means temporary contract, Notice period need not be served as per my knowledge

I have a doubt regarding maternity leave salary.

As an employer in which year i have calculate the Maternity leave salary for deducting tds?
ie, leave period n previous FY, but payment made on this FY, So can i add the full amount of ML salary along with this year salary and deduct TDS?

But in Form 3CA & 3CB for the FY 2012-13, we have filed in the name of XYZ auditor.

Now can we pass a special resolution in this AGM to change the auditor or shall we conduct an egm BACK DATED ???

B'coz in the year my shop completely destroyed due to fire and all the documents everything was destroyed.
