I am getting the following error while validating form 26Q returns for Q2 using FVU 4.0 ....
T-FV-4278 Invalid tax deducted amount.Enter valid tax deducted amount.
I have checked the amount paid , TDS amount deducted and rate several times and it is correct. How to correct this error

Tds return for Qtr 4 of F.Y 2012-13 was filed late and a penalty of Rs 5000 was levied for late filing of tds return. The penalty has been paid. I want to know whether a revised tds return must be filed for that Qtr or the payment should be reflected in current qtr tds return to be filed
