I have sent my IPCC registration form on 12 Aug,2013 but i have received no registration letter and study material till now.
Its already been more than 2 months.
what should i do now

It takes time,
However, 2 months have gone by but still wait for an another few days, then contact to your regional Branch for the same..

yes I tried calling many a times since last few days and sent mails too but till now i got no reply and they are not answering the call too.

Then you must visit the institute with your registration proof..
Either they will provide you with the modules or they will confirm the delay...

i got a notification on my email saying i have been registered and got my registration number through email only.

Finaly they received the call and said that there is no stock and still i have to wait for 15-20 days.
