i have appeared for ca final in nov 2013 and now i want to prepare himself for camps. So i want to ask that what is the right time and how can i prepare for camps?

Feeling frustrated with this articles...Hell with my Boss.. He doesn't even say clearly what to do and if i do the wrk he says that was not correct... feeling depressed and I lost my confidence of becoming CA with this bitter experience...Before joining the articles CA was my passion aftr entering into the firm I felt so bad that I have unnecessarily chosen this.

I want to know that is contract invalid due to name changed of one party. What we should take steps if second party change its name during financial year (during contract period).

If we mention incoterm "FCA" on the commecial invoice than custom will generate the shipping bill with the term "FCA" or "FOB"

Hi, We are using WinmanETDS for filing tds returns ,generating Form 16 and Form 16A. is it necessary to upload the tds returns through TIN FACILITATION CENTERS ? Can I file through online menu available in Winman Etds software ?

A Company appoints an additional director in its board meeting and files form 32 with ROC as additional director and further gets its approval in share holders meeting (AGM)as Director of the Company sir.

In this regard should the Company file one more form 32 to change the status with the ROC sir, Please suggest me sir

I register under ipcc direct entry scheme and I m appearing in ipcc may 2014 exam.... I started my articleship on on August 2013 and I taken leave for 3 months. ...actually I confused that my 3 months leaves will affect on my exams. .

Hi, We have received notices for loss returns or profit below 8% of turnover stating that we have to attach audit report . The notices pertains to refund claimed cases. In reply to notices I have uploaded the return under section 139(9) by attaching audit report,CPC REFERENCE NUMBERS and other( necessary things After uploading the return , I have received acknowledgement stating that further no need to do any thing. But incometax refund not yet processed . Please suggest me ?
