Dear Sir/Madam
If we mention incoterm "FCA" on the commecial invoice than custom will generate the shipping bill with the term "FCA" or "FOB"

an exporter could not mentioned EPCG Licence No. and Date thenafter CHA too also could not mentioned on shipping bill thenafter @ redemption the R.J.D.G.F.T raised the deficiency .
then the exporter submit undertaking as per Dgft policy circular No. 7 dtd 11.07.2002 FOR Condonation of procedural lapse of not mentioning EPCG LICENCE ANO. AND DATE on the shipping bill on 100/- notorised stamp paper.
in view of above correct mentioned @ shipment for further references...
