21 December 2013 Hi, We have received notices for loss returns or profit below 8% of turnover stating that we have to attach audit report . The notices pertains to refund claimed cases. In reply to notices I have uploaded the return under section 139(9) by attaching audit report,CPC REFERENCE NUMBERS and other( necessary things After uploading the return , I have received acknowledgement stating that further no need to do any thing. But incometax refund not yet processed . Please suggest me ?

21 December 2013 they will take some time to process the returns that you have filed now. so wait for sometime.

21 December 2013 yes normally it takes time for processing as like u many will be there.
