21 December 2013 Hi, We are using WinmanETDS for filing tds returns ,generating Form 16 and Form 16A. is it necessary to upload the tds returns through TIN FACILITATION CENTERS ? Can I file through online menu available in Winman Etds software ?

21 December 2013 not required. as long as return is being submitted with income tax department it is sufficient.

21 December 2013 There is no facility for filing online TDS Return. After preparation of the return you need to submit the fvu in a cd or pen drive to TIN FC.
