Hi,
We are using WinmanETDS
for filing tds returns ,generating Form 16 and Form 16A.
is it necessary to upload the tds returns through TIN FACILITATION CENTERS ?
Can I file through online menu available in Winman Etds software ?

not required. as long as return is being submitted with income tax department it is sufficient.

There is no facility for filing online TDS Return. After preparation of the return you need to submit the fvu in a cd or pen drive to TIN FC.
