I want to know that is contract invalid due to name changed of one party. What we should take steps if second party change its name during financial year (during contract period).

The change of name of the company should not change any terms and condition of the contract, it will be intact.
However, in case of change of name of the second party, then you will take new Certificate of Incorporation from that company and you will mentioned that new name in your future correspondence in place of old name.
