I hav given my frst final attempt in Nov2013 and sent certificate of service as per original deed.....now they want to give extention to me...can they do this and the completion date date that they had entered on my certificate of service in Nov 2013 would be final date??plzz help
i have applied for online exam form for ca final may 14 attempt. i have completed my artcleship n i have the letter issued by institute. i have to attach this letter with the exam form.so do i have to get this letter certified frm member of institute or simply i can attach with d exam form n post?? pls help urgent
I filed ITR for AY 2011-12 online. As per ITR refundable amount is 25,000/-. But due to some personal reason assess can not send acknowledgement to CPC timely. After 1 year he sends it to CPC.
CPC rejected it with massage “Filling date has exceeded the due date extended due date.”
Now what can he do for refund.

I have a query related to excess leave.
First time I joined articleship on 25-04-2012 and then took transfer w.e.f. 16-04-2013 (i.e. served for 11 month 23 days).
thereafter I rejoined on 22-04-2013 to till now.
As per above mentioned date my articleship will be complete on 30-04-2015 i.e on 31 October 2014 I will complete my articleship of 2.5 years and eligible for Nov. 14
however in previous employment ( 25-04-2012 to 16-04 2013) I have taken leave of 56 days but leave allowed as per ICAI norms is 50 days. I have taken excess leave of 6 days upto 16-04-2013.
In my current employment I will take on maximum 90 days or less period leave for final Attempt that means my total leave (old employment leave + New employment leave ) will not be exceeding from leave allowed by ICAI.
Now my Question is, Due to my excess leave in my previous employment my articleship will be extend (while my total leave is not excess from leave allowed by ICAI.)

Sir my principal have filed form 108 with the institute but the form is still pending on account of wrong training period in the database of institute. a letter was issued by the inst. to fill the form again but the record of earlier form filled is also not available with me or my principal. My principal says he need the earlier form to again fill the form 108. Sir, Is there any way out to get the record of the earlier form filed with the institue. Please guide me in this regard .

Hello!......I filled up the exam form for CA final examination held in may 14....i have selected the option as completed/completing articleship as on 30th April 2014.....In fact I have completed my articleship period on 16/08/2013 and extension period of 17 days on 16/12/13....I have completed all the formalities regarding completion but i haven't received my articleship completion certificate yet....and the examination form needs enclosure of certificate of service....what am I suppose to do?? do I need to attached handwritten letter for the non receipt of completion letter along with exam form?? plz guide me

I wanted to know that is it so that articleship training done from ca firms in amritsar[punjab] has no importance.
I have Din1 form I have passport,PAN of my client. i have filled up the form. But i requested the experts to let me know the role of affidavit. And i came to know that a CA can upload that form from his login on MCA and that form is not signed by the applicant. So,without the sign of applicant,how can we file the form to the department. Advices & Suggestions are welcomed.
