18 February 2014 I filed ITR for AY 2011-12 online. As per ITR refundable amount is 25,000/-. But due to some personal reason assess can not send acknowledgement to CPC timely. After 1 year he sends it to CPC.
CPC rejected it with massage “Filling date has exceeded the due date extended due date.”

Now what can he do for refund.

18 February 2014 resend the ITRV. as per the recent CBDT circular such returns will be processed on receipt of fresh ITRV.

please refer recent CBDT Circular 04/2014 dated 10 February 2014.
