18 February 2014 Sir my principal have filed form 108 with the institute but the form is still pending on account of wrong training period in the database of institute. a letter was issued by the inst. to fill the form again but the record of earlier form filled is also not available with me or my principal. My principal says he need the earlier form to again fill the form 108. Sir, Is there any way out to get the record of the earlier form filed with the institue. Please guide me in this regard .

18 February 2014 approach article section of regional center of ICAI where you submitted the form. they keep a copy of all the communication from or to ICAI in your file. you can get a copy of form 108 from there.
