I have Din1 form
I have passport,PAN of my client.
i have filled up the form.
But i requested the experts to let me know the role of affidavit.
And i came to know that a CA can upload that form from his login on MCA and that form is not signed by the applicant.
So,without the sign of applicant,how can we file the form to the department.
Advices & Suggestions are welcomed.

Dear Mohit,
Affidavit should be attached compulsorily.
The form has to be signed by any practicing professional (CA/CS/CWA) OR
If the proposed Director is to be appointed in any specific company, then the CS of that company can also sign the form.

the affidevit is being attested by notrary.
So,is that valid?

The affidavit has to be notarized. It is valid. Attach it in the form along with other documents.
