In Traning centre or coaching classes admission fees or registration fees are under service tax.

For example

Fees received Rs. 1,00,000/-

admission\registration fees 15000/-
and
Traning\caoching fees 85000/-

In which amount service tax collect or payable. Total amount or less admission fees.

Revision of IT Return after due date

One of my colleague has by mistakenly e-filed return of income tax for A.Y. 2009-10 after due date which was actually pertaining to A.Y.2008-09. And all the data were relating to A.Y. 2008-09. Neither Return for the A.Y.2009-10 can be revised nor return of A.Y. 2008-09 can be filed.

Gap in two papers for May 10 PCC attempt

WILL ONE DAY GAP BETWEEN TWO PAPERS BE AVAILABLE FOR PCC MAY 10 ATTEMPT? OR PAPERS WILL BE ON CONTINUOUS BASIS. PLEASE HELP ME OUT.
