IF 25 CRORE IS CAPITAL THAN WHAT IS THE REG. FEES AND STAMPY DUTY FOR MOA AND AOA.PLZ ANS THE Q ,ITS URGENT.

ROC charges for registration is as follows:
Form 1-- 500/-
MOA--- 1356000/-
AOA--- 500/-
Stamp duty charges on moa, aoa, power of attornery and first page of Form 1 will be according to State stamp act.
