Is there any perfect method/way of study to get atleast 60 marks in may 2010 auditing exam. If yes please let me know.

I am an S.YBcom (going to enter T.Y.Bcom this academic year) student aspiring to do CWA/CA. I've registered for the CWA foundation exams in June 2010 and will likely be appearing for the December 2010 CPT.

Firstly, I would like to know whether it is possible to do both CA and CWA courses simultaneously. If so, will there be any exemptions regarding the articleship, since its now compulsory in CWA as well, and how do I go about the whole process of doing them at the same time.

Secondly, after passing the Foundation Exams for CWA (June 2010), when can I appear for the Intermediate Exams?

Is it possible for somebody that he can pass the CA Exam without taking any tution. I know a person who is pursuing CA (Final),Completed ICWA and Pursuing CS Exam and he is also doing Articleship in a CA firm.
Kindly Tell me is it possible for somebody that he can pass ICWA,CS and CA Exam without taking any tution.

I have joined in articleship on 18.10.2007
in Hyderabad and also doing B.com regular course.Am i required to furnish Form 112?
I also heard if any Student joined in articleship on or before 31.03.2008 is not required to furnish Form 112,even thogh its a Regular B.Com course.Is this true?

I am an Articled clerk. I am forced to work from 45 hours to 60 hours per week by my boss. They are not giving me any credit or leave for extra no. of hours worked and also they make me work on sundays and other govt holidays.Please tell me whom should i contact in ICAI.

Dear sir,
I am a student of CA Final and i have got exemption in MAFA (i.e. Paper 2)in Nov 2009 exam.
Now if i get cleared (Pass) in May 2010 exam and get more than 60% in any of the paper of 2nd Group then will they allow me exemption in the 2nd group or not.
