Can anyone guide me, is the GMCS course necessary for all or its to be done only by those who aspire to practise after becoming a Chartered Acountant? pls give me some knowledge.

GMCS - General Management and Communication Skills Course is must for become a member of ICAI.
person can do GMCS after passing of PCC/IPCC and compliting minimum 2 years of articleship.
