Dear Friends,
My Query is regarding
1) A CA student who is in FINAL just having left 4 months of Articleship.
2) Can anyone carry on a Business in his name ?
3) If YES, then he got a TDS deducted in his name on doing a Jobwork business.
4) Then whether he can file a return to get the refund.
5) If he files the return, whether he would in any trouble for his CA Final ??
