I am doing MBA and also doing job in a company and I also want to do CA course.
I have already given CPT Exam in December month but Unfortunately I could not pass the CPT Exam just for 14 marks.Again,I want to give the CPT Exam in June month but I don't have so much time for Preparing for CPT Exam due to my work pressure and math is a big problem.
Kindly,Tell me how should i prepare for CPT Exam.

please suggest me,i am in CA Final stage. my articleship is going on. i have joined advisorship of Birla Sun Life Insurance. Can I do this. is it necessary to take permission from the CA Intitute. my articleship is not hampered due to this as i usually visit my clients on sundays and that too not often.

Can u please explain what constitutes a group co.?
For ex. A Co., B Co., C Co., are subsidiary of D co., then is D Co. is a group.
Now if, D co., and E Co. are subsidiary of F Co. Then F Co is Group.

Question > Will A, B ,C co. are part of the F Group Co. or not??

What Group means in light of the above example?

1) A CA student who is in FINAL just having left 4 months of Articleship.
2) Can anyone carry on a Business in his name ?
3) If YES, then he got a TDS deducted in his name on doing a Jobwork business.
4) Then whether he can file a return to get the refund.
5) If he files the return, whether he would in any trouble for his CA Final ??

Now i am in Inter old syllabus 2002. Do i have to do my cost and works account training for one year or three years, if i register under new syllabus 2008 for final.

sir m manish pursuing CS(inter) nd doing final year BCOM @DGVC chennai next up i will be continuing wit CS,,,plz help me out wit ur informative suggestions,,, i would like to pursue "LLB" ALONG WIT CS through distance mode,,, i wont be able pursue "LLB" as a full time course as my primary focus is on "ACS" so distance mode is more viable for commerce graduates like me,,, so plz guide on whether is it necessary for CS PROFESSIONALS to do "LLB" on full tym basis or "LLB" through distance mode will fetch required magic,,, i recently found out only minuscule part of university offer LLB through distance mode for finance professionals also i found out dat students pursuing LLB through dist mode are barred from getting lawyers licence nd i ve no intent to practice as a lawyer so ya plz help me out wit ur valuable sugession!
