I am a student of ICWAI. I have given my ICWAI inter exams in December 2011 and I am waiting for my results to be announced on 20th February. The institute has come up with a circular that the compulsory 6 months completion of practical training will be applicable from December 2013 exams instead of the earlier applicability from December 2012 exams. So, if I have to appear for December 2012 exams, even without enrolling for practical training, am I eligible to directly enroll for the final examination?

I did B.com in 2011 and cleared CPT in December 2011 and enrolled for IPCC. Now I am planning to do M.com. My query is should I need to take any permission from ICAI to pursue M.com degree before commencing the articleship ? I heard that after commencing articleship we need to take permission but what about before commencing articleship should we need to get or what ?
