I have Completed my aticleship (01/08/2008-31/01/2012.
But My CA has wite down 217 days holiday in form 108.

Pease let me know whether i will have to perform extention period in my CA or i can serve under any other CA. and sugguest form to be fill in ICAI.
Can i give May 2012 attempt or Not. PLZ Explain.

i was in first year of articles which iam doing in hyderabad.now i want take termination from my ca and join another ca in hyderabad.
is it possible to take termination in 1st year of articles?
please suggest on what grounds icai will agree for termination in first year of articles.

I am a CA Student completed my ITT Training under ICAI, Now i had applied to CS executive - June 2012 attempt.
My query is how to apply for the computer exam ( As i am exempted from the Practical training for the same because I am a CA Student)

I was wondering what you guys think if I take a 15 odd day break and go on vacation in July? I'll be back on the 21st of july. So I will still have 3 full months to go after I come back and I'm ready to put in ALL efforts before I leave as well. (It's not really a vacation, but more like an international study visit where there will be 100's of students from other countries- and I really don't want to miss out on this wonderful experience) I really want this experience and I know I can manage Group 1 easily..and with some additional hard work maybe even group two. What do you guys think?? It wouldn't really make THAT much of a difference would it? Plus I'm relatively smart, intelligent and independant. Appreciate the help guys!! :D
