I heared that, now Degree Students can directly join IPCC with Articleship.
Is it True that the Bill has passed?
Or is it has any delay for approval of such bill. Kindly provide a clarification regarding this matter. There are so many friends of mine, asking about this matter. If you could provide the truth it will be more useful for them.

Case-1 suppose I have 3 residential houses i sold 1 one of those and purchased a new one .will sec 54 apply or not ?

Case -2: if have only 2 residential houses in the above case then what is taxability treatment ?

I have passed in Pcc exams in Nov 11, and I want to appear in may 12 final exams, but I have not registered for final course yet, will i be able to appear in final exam in may, if i get registered in one or two days, as in final exam form, registration date in final is asked and that is provided by institute in a month?

I have got transferred from PE-II to IPCC course. While in PE-II course, i joined an articleship and did it for 6mths. only. I want to know that now while in IPCC, am i still eligible to continue my articleship or i have to clear IPCC group1 and group 2 to be eligible for joining articleship.

I ve found tat details of cpt exam passed left blank.

can i rectify the form?

pls advise me what to do on this issue so that my application will not be rejected by ICAI.
