My client gives commercial coaching to 8 To 10 std.,they provide materials and stationery to their students. Is expense for such materials and stationery exclude from service tax liability ? pl. state

For exmaple fees for std. 10 is Rs. 18000/- out of which they provide material and statinery for Rs. 6000/- So on which amount service tax is payble Rs. 18000/-
or Rs. 12000/- ( Rs.18000-6000)

I had passed in first group of PE-2 and converted into IPCE and appeared in Exam under Unit Scheme. Appeared in Unit-8 scheme as per rule I have to pass in one sitting but could not pass. My query is my First group of PE-2 papers in which i had passed will be invalid or valid. Whether I have to apply for both group and re-appear in papers in which I have passed? What is the process to appear in May 2012 exam and in how many paper?

I Cleared my Group 1 of IPCC in May 2011 and Group 2 in Nov 2011.. My Articleship commencement date is 22.12.2011. So i just wanted to know when will my Final Exam date gets due.... also want to know whether one can appear within 2 years of completion of Articleship or not.

If any article of IPCC is taking transfer in his 1st year .. is he eligible for I.T in his third year.

While filling form 112, I wrote correspondence course but in real its regular, now the institute is asking for proof..like mark sheet or some receipt but i do not have that. now plz tell me what should I do..? Should I tell the institute that its regular or not..?

As i filled up our exam form for May-2012 through online application so at which
address i have to do speed post/registered post?? As well as whether envelop is General
envelop can we send it to the institute or not???
