Rectification in ipcc online filled up form

Dear Experts,
I ve submitted ipcc form on yesterday for may 12 exam. ive paid the fees & i ve got the pdf form also.
I ve found tat details of cpt exam passed left blank.
can i rectify the form?
pls advise me what to do on this issue so that my application will not be rejected by ICAI.

You need not worry much about it, as icai already has your cpt pass details., eventhough if you want you can send a marks copy attached with your exam form hard copy while sending it to icai.,
