We are a share Broking concern & we are having 2 companies one for shares & other for commodities..

We have mainly allocated all the expenses to Shares Company like office rent, electricity bill, telehone bils e.t.c which are not seperable...

the question is now how do we allocate common expenses between both the companies..

are we supposed to take some base or we need to make a contract between both the companies..

wat are other possible ways of this..

Plz guide in the same matter....

i m jst little bit concern about CS exams. i hv completd ma aptech training in last january and also got certificate form der, bt i dnt knw dat hw can i submit it to ICSI! however i m going to appearing CS executive exams in dis june month, and as i hd confirm from d source i hv to submit it to ICSI.

And will my ITT certificate be invalid after exhausting such number of attempts?

hey,i have just passed 1st group of ipcc with exemption in audit and still not able to find articleship in a good firm,so should i drop my idea of joining articleship now,and should try it when i m passed in 2nd group also?

I am a CA Final Student my attempt is in nov. 2013, and I have not started my studies and I believe in self studies. so what should be my plans and strategy for cracking ca final in first attempt with good marks?
And How Should I study as my performance in practical subject is better than theory like law etc.

My brother has recently passed his cpt exam in Dec 2011, Is he eligible to start his articleship training now(ie.in march 2012)?
He has not done IIT and Orientation courses.
If yes,then when his first attempt of final will fall.Is it in NOV 2014?

IS it important to complete IIT and orientation courses to be complete before starting articleship training?

When we write a answer in exam, where to write a question number? Above the margin i.e on the top most blank space or below the margin i.e on the top first line or left hand side on the margin. I am not too sure, I got lot of opinion from my friends, but it puzzled...
Can any one help me in this regard stating clearly the solution...
