I have cleared IPCC 1st group and wants to know the last date for registering for Articleship. Its 31st march or 30th april.?

You can register for you Articleship at any time but your attempt to final would be after completion of the two and half years of the articleship period if that time you qualified second group of the IPCC and registered for CA Final.
