Direct admission in ipcc

can any one tell me that any graduate student already enrolled in cpt can take direct admission in ipcc before or after giving the exam ?
and when direct admission will takes place
ANY IDEA?
The Council has issued Notification as on 23.02.2012 for granting exemption and direct admission without appearing in CPT. For taking exemption you should again register himself on the basis of such notification.
