I hav just begun my ca final exam preparation for may 2012 exams.i am left with 2nd group.got exemption in IDT.will i be able to complete it on time?

i want to start my articleship,
i made a draft of Rs. 2,000/- but due to late Rs. 100 fees will be applicable for articleship Registration.
Then What i have to do?
Make a new draft of Rs. 2,100/- or send two separate draft to institute (1) for Rs. 2,000/- and (2) For Rs. 100.

Does ca institute regulate results. My failed 10 times in ca final exam. I want to know how and from where paper is set in exam . I got 58 marks in sfm . I applied for revaluation. Is there any chance of exemption. I am depressed and confused how to pass ca final exam . I can not imagine life without ca. Please guide me how to prepare for exam.

I wish to clarify the following
1. when all manafacturer should register with Central Excise?

Why should some dealer has registered with Central Excise even they have not operated any mfg. unit?

Whgat are the formalities should be done by the regd manufacturer after the registration? i.e. any licence like Bonded ware house/LUT

I have completed my articleship two year ago and also got my article ship completion letter from institute. But I had not submitted the Form No. 112 for the M.Com. course, which I submitted to Institute now with late fees and Condonation letter. Now I want to apply for the Membership but I don't get any confirmation letter form Institute for Form 112. Can I apply for the membership

(a) Can a company re-appoint its Managing Director with effect from 1st April 2012 on a higher scale and prospectively obtain the approval of the shareholders in a general meeting to be held during July 2012.

(b) Can a company pay revised scale of basic pay to its Managing Director with effect from 1st April 2012 and prospectively obtain the approval of the shareholders in a general meeting to be held during July 2012.
In both the above cases, the Company has adequate profits.
