Can anyone tell me the conditions under which the private company is deemed to become public company?

IHAD PASSED IPCC IN NOVEMBER 2011 EXAM.IHAD STRTED MY ARTICLESHIP ON 1ST APRIL 2011. IS THERE ANY TIME LIMIT FOR FINAL REGISTRATION WITH BOARD OF STUDIES ?

I have passed ipcc I st group and I want to register for articleship. I Have downloaded form no103 from our website and I couldn't download for identity card. Can I send form no 103 alone for articleship registration ?

What is the criteria for getting exemption in CS Executive exam?? I have got 60 marks in 2 papers while 17 in one paper.. So am i eligible to get exemption in both the subjects in which i got 60 or none of the subject can be exempt due to 17 marks in 1 subject??

Hi sir,
i have some confusion regarding articleship period. my query is that, those students who has taken admission into ipcc through conversion (pcc to ipcc) need to do articleship of 3.5 year or just 3 year???

I have registered on april 2011.and as per rule of last 6 months i m eligible for final exam nov 2013.but one of my friend is registerd for articleship on feb 2012,and he got registration letter stating that he will be eligible for exam in last 12 months of articleship i.e may 2014.I just dont understand.But earlier he was PE2 student and afterwords he got conversion,is that a reason for this.

my articleship period is completed in february 2012, can i join CS without prior permission of icai ie, filing form 112 is compulsory

Dear Member,
I wanted to know that If i required to submit Form 108 in case of completion of extension period.I have already submitted form 108 at a time of original completion of my internship period.Now as on today i have complete my extension period also.Therefore i wanted to know whether have to submit Form 108 again or what ... ??
