hello!what is the process for ipcc? there will be any counselling sessions like eamcet or it is based on our cpt marks?

I hav my CA Final exams in May 12, i m feeling frustated now..a lot.

With out having the knowledge of waiver of CPT for graduates,I have applied to CA-CPT during first week of this month.
Pl let me know how ICAI will dealt with my application,money remitted etc.
Shall I apply now to IPCC directly to write Exam in May 2012.November 2012?

Can i apply for the registration of my articleship.prior completing my bcom 3rd year exams,which are supposed to get over in mid of may!

bcz in order to apply for nov2014 final xams. I need to get registered before 30th april!

i am ca inter. My final attempt is in nov '13. I am giving my bcom final year exams.
I want to go to delhi and get training under nice ca firm for the year 2012. Then in starting of 2013 i will get back home and start my studies for gr 1 final.
I want to know whether i should go for this option or i should rather stay in my hometown till i clear ca..??

i have submitted form 1 for company incorporation at MCA but inadvertaintly i have mentioned subscribed capital as 1000000 instead of 100000. authorised capital of co. is 1000000.
pls advise if i can revise the form 1 with correctioin as form submitted by me has been approved by MCA.
