Am planning to join in CA-IPCC. I was registered in the year of 2005. Could you please let us know shall i renew with old registration to IPCC. Or else i need first to complete to CPT?

I WANT TO TRANSFER MY ARTICLESHIP BUT MY BOSS IS NOT GIVEN TRANSFER TO ME THEN WHAT I CAN DO?

Computer parts purchased from different shops and different invoices eg.. mouse,CPU, monitor, keyboard...Total value of those invoices for the computer Rs 17,000.

Break up the invoices below.

CPU 7000
Monitor 8000
Keyboard 1500
Mouse 500

Please kindly advise whether mouse and Keyboard Should be classified as Fixed Assets or should be treated as revenue Expenses ??

I am a student of CA final .My attempt for final exam is nov 2012 after completing 2.5 year articleship
i Have completed all my coaching except Direct Tax Law Audit. but i did not revise them due to office hours i want to get rank in my final exam
i also want a decent job in corporate.

Is there any marks or any other criteria to get it.

(i)can an assessee revise his return after receving intimation under section 143(1) if the time limit of filing the return has not elapsed

(ii) Would the above action open up regular assessment under section 143(3) . Would it then be advisable to file a rectification under section 154

Dear Sir,

I have made online application for verification of marks for FINAL by making payment through Credit Card. I have made repetative request by email to help centre alongwith letter of successful confirmation generated.

Till date (upto 23/03/2012) My name is yet not shown in the list of application received by institute. While calling at help centre no one is responding on call - just rining or shown busy.
