The Notification issued by Institute on 23.02.2012 and the said notification said that it will be effective after 45 days from the date of publication.

So, as per notification it will be effective from 09.04.2012.

Till date the council has not notified that the student who have already registered in CPT can direct register in IPCC on the basis of said notification.
