I have not mentioned any bank account details in form108 and submitted the form with icai...also i have not deleted the words of bank account details...i have left it blank...plzz can anyone tell me if i have done anything wrong for not giving my bank details and leaving it blank......plzzzzz i am desperately waiting for a replyyy

in last year i registerd my proprietor business for service tax but i can not start my business to provide my services . last year i have also filed half yearly nil return. since iam not carrying business so i want to surrender the service tax registration certificate

please let me know the procedure to surrende the certificate .

As of Now I m thinking to join articleship here in my native( A City) & I'm sure of clearing Group 2 in May 2012.
I want to join Big4 in Bangalore later in October.So that I would be done with both groups & acquire some Basic knowledge in these 6 months of articleship. So am I right in that way?? Please advice me. Thank you in Advance.

Hey Everyone, I completed my articles in Jan 2012 but till date i have to go to principal's office as he is not signing form 108, my final exams are nearing. He says as there are no other articles u have to come.He is telling if i sign u will not come after exams.He didnot pay me stipend and the attendance register which was maintained was removed by him few months back. I have a copy of final examination form in which he certified that i'm serving my six months of the articles. what is the other alternative through which i can get it signed.Plz help me out
