Revision of form 1 for incorporation at mca

25 March 2012 Dear Friends,

i have submitted form 1 for company incorporation at MCA but inadvertaintly i have mentioned subscribed capital as 1000000 instead of 100000. authorised capital of co. is 1000000.
pls advise if i can revise the form 1 with correctioin as form submitted by me has been approved by MCA.

I suggest you to go ROC and request him give permission for re-submission. After that you can file correct form.

28 March 2012 I have visited the ROC but they are saying i can not revise the form 1 as they have no provisions for correcting the same.

Please check what your MOA says if MOA says then you can discussed with him that our other documents says Rs.100000 only Form 1 is incorrect.

Please argue with them and ask how the matter will be short out.
